I'm not really into...Very impressive ma'am! I'm not really into fondant myself. I've tried several different kinds and I hate the way it tastes so I refuse to put it on my cakes. I guess you could say I'm just much more into the way things taste than how they look. Although, I will say, I've been pretty successful with all my buttercream decorating and ganache works really well on "shaped" cakes.
